Booking Notes for Private Sessions
These notes explain each step of the booking process in order, so please skip straight to the step you’re unsure of. If you’re looking for general info about our private hire sessions (such as the difference between Private Hire & Private Party), please see this page
You must select the date first. If the date is struck-through then unfortunately that day is either not available or has already had all available slots booked.
- Available Slot(s)
Once you’ve selected a date, the available time slot(s) will appear. You must select the slot, even if there’s only one available.
- Party/Membership drop-down box
There are 6 options to choose from. Please make sure you select the option that corresponds to both your membership type and the type of hire you would like, as this choice dictates the price.
– “Basic Members” are those with a membership card but who pay no subscription fee, their membership is based on being a regular customer. Your card must be current, if you’re unsure please ask before booking.
– “Squared Members” are those with a membership card who also pay a monthly subscription for unlimited free entry to normal play sessions

- Deposit option
You may pay the full amount now or a £50 deposit only. Both options will secure your slot but if you pay a deposit only, this guarantees your slot up until 7 days prior to the event; you must have paid the remaining balance by then. You will receive a payment link in the booking confirmation email. It is your responsibility to pay the remaining balance on time. Your booking (and deposit) may be at risk if payment isn’t made.
Bookings are refundable for cancellations up to 7 days prior to the event. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice we can only refund you if we manage to resell the slot. Those who have paid in full would have £50 deducted from their refund, which would be held until the slot was resold.
